Approved Provider
The Trustee is an approved provider of the Personal Financial Planning Course required for successful completion of a bankruptcy plan. Each debtor in a joint case must individually take the course, but the debtor does not have to take it from this provider. The Trustee will only be an approved provider in cases he is assigned to administer.
Course Details
The Trustee employs curriculum developed by the
Trustee Education Network (TEN).
The course is free of charge. A certificate will
be issued after completion of the course. Each debtor in a case must take the
course and receive an individual certificate.
The course will be conducted in person and will
last a minimum of 2 hours. We will not provide a telephone or internet course.
Enrolling in the Course
Due to limited seating, reservations must be made
in advance. A confirmation email or phone call will be sent to all registered
persons.
To schedule a class, call the office at
423-265-2261 and choose extension 153. You will be transferred to the person
doing the scheduling.
